I always tell people that I am ditsy, but this even surprised me! I totally forgot about this blog! Needless to say I have tons of updates, but first I want to comment on my first post.

The Cash Flow Path

Sometimes this is also under: 24 Hour Cash Flow, or some similar title. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! Yes, this is a scam--please learn from my mistakes. You may earn a little, but not near as much as what you put in to this. I lost thousands of dollars on this venture!

Veretekk

This is a great program if you already have a site and want to generate traffic, however there is a huge learning curve, and there is a much simpler and more stable way to build a web site that is fun and that works. (Keep reading for more info.)

Mannatech

This was another huge disappointment - I actually made money on this a few years ago, but I became uneasy about the medical claims made. The success I felt I had with the glyconutrients did not work in the long haul.

So, What Did I Do for These 2 Years?

I discovered Sitesell -- now this one really works। This is not a get-rich-quick scheme--it takes time and effort, but it does work. Even more than that, there is a great deal of satisfaction in your accomplishments.

Check out my site, Devotional Reflections from the Bible. I was able to build a site doing something about which I truly have a passion, and voila, it works! I also have a companion blog that goes right along with this site called, Daily Bible Devotions. I have written hundreds of devotions on that blog alone, and am currently going through a Through-the-Bible-in-a-Year program, going through the Bible chronologically. Each day I write my devotion from the Bible reading for that day.

When it is complete, I will turn this into an eBook, and offer it for sale on my site. I have several eBooks in mind--that is the next step I will be taking to monetize my devotional web site.

I am also a piano teacher, so I am working my site (and blogs) part-time। I tell everyone that my Sitesell site is for my retirement; they all laugh, but he who laughs last, laughs best.

Along with my site, I have a link to my affiliate Christian book store (another way to monetize); there are tons of subtle ways to build a great site and to bring in residual income।

This is an historic day! This is my 1st post to my 1st blog!

I really want this blog to be a forum especially for those of you who are new to internet businesses. I'm going to use a diary format to chat (hopefully not ramble on) about my business experience.

I've wanted to own my own business for a long time. Actually, I've had several, which for one reason or another ceased to be (I hate to use the term "failed." It's too depressing).

I find myself to be in my mid 50's - looking forward to retirement - which appears to be coming much sooner than I expected! I've been in manufacturing for several years, and my body finally said, "That's it! Find something else."

I kind of stumbled onto an affiliate type program in February of this year. It's really not too bad. You can see my main site: http://thecashflowpath.com .

The Cash Flow Path has taught me a lot. I like the idea of having affiliate programs. After all, people can shop from my website and I get a percentage of the sale. No handling of money, boxing up purchases, running to the post office - I'll leave that to someone else. This affiliate program is handled by Traffic Designs. They've been very nice to work with, and they handle all of the web site design work, and all of the sales calls that people make in reference to: 24 Hour Cash Flow - which just means someone is duplicating what I did - and I let the experts handle it.

It's easy to get started - no muss, no fuss. The program itself is very reasonable (low {very low} three figures. The only downside is paying them for advertising. But, you know how it is, every negative brings a positive. I don't recommend buying advertising from them.

In my web surfing, I discovered a wonderful site called Veretekk. Wow! Success at last. If you need leads (free), need to learn how to market on the net, want to learn the mysteries of html, and want to learn how to get to the 1st page of Google, - Veretekk is your site.

I've had plenty of people say I'd never make it, the competition on the net is too fierce, and so on and so forth (I know you've probably heard plenty of that yourself).

Well, guess what? They're wrong. You can now write your own internet marketing success story! If I told you all they offer, you wouldn't believe me - so it's just best if you try it out yourself.

I am so excited about our business, that we are already expanding! Not bad after just 2 months. I just built my own website called http://croftenterprises.net. You've got to check it out. It briefly outlines our 3 current businesses (with pictures of my husband and I, and 2 of our cats.

I do this, because I use the products. Pain is already a familiar experience with me as I have fibromyalgia and arthritis. I started using glyconutrients about 3 years ago, and have never been sorry.

I had so much fun building my Croft Enterprises site, that I am now starting on Croft World Mall. I'll let you know when it's published. This is my husband and my baby - he'll get the affiliates and I'll get everything set up on our web site. I just can't say enough about how easy it is to have an affiliate program. This one will be the World's Biggest Mall!

Keep your eyes open. No more jumping from one site to another, using your favorite search engine - it'll all be here on one easy website. Make it your homepage, and all of your shopping needs will be right there before your eyes. And, I'm always open to new affiliates, so if you don't find your favorite store there, let me know!
